Hi Sara! I want to express my gratitude to you and your guests for being such a huge part of my acceptance and recovery with BPD. I am currently in what I would call a BPD relapse, but your podcast is helping me stay on-top of treatment and in tune with the reality of it. I live in a remote cabin off grid, very secluded and isolated; so a big part of my treatment is research and self help. Thank you, SO much for continuing to do this podcast.
