First off, this is a tough episode. We talk about suicidal thinking as a ruminating thought and how it operates from the perspective of being tired and burnout. We want to be clear: we are NOT suicidal. We are simply getting very real about this disorder. This disorder sometimes sucks. The world sometimes sucks. We know there's good in it.
