Fan Mail

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this podcast. About two months ago, my life fell apart due to my symptoms. I lost a seven-year partnership, and my FP decided to move out because things had become so difficult. I discovered this podcast about five days later during a desperate search for help. Realizing that borderline doesn’t have to hurt this much all the time has completely changed my world. Since then, I’ve improved almost every relationship in my life, gotten sober, made amazing progress at a job I was thiiis close to self-sabotaging and I’ve come so far in my DBT/recovery journey in such a short time. I used to feel so much shame and isolation around my BPD, convinced no one could ever understand how I felt and that I could never get better. Knowing there’s a community that feels just as deeply as I do, understands the struggle, and pushes forward anyway has been such a huge motivator for all the work I’ve been doing. I’ve put in the effort to start making my life better, but you put in the effort to help me see that I could—and for that, I love you. Thank you. You don't have to read this on the podcast I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am that you keep making these :)
