Fan Mail
Hi, my name is Jennifer, im 43, and recently, I found you on Spotify. Thank you. In 2023, my psychiatrist told me I had multiple traits of borderline personality disorder. But he didn't want to slap a diagnosis in my chart because it's really complicated. I've struggled my whole life feeling different, misplaced, like I don't belong. I've had a life full of trauma and meditation has never really worked for me. I feel stuck. I can't keep a healthy relationship, and I seem to live in chaos. I disconnect when over stressed and check out. I'm so happy I found you guys. I'm just seeking guidance and understanding.
